Sidetone GPIO19 is not working while transmitting CW.

Implement FT8 mode

Enable PWM at GPIO19 for the operation of SIDETONE (feed thru Pin 7 of LM386)

3D Printing requires the following changes.

• Blind case for headless operation (no LCD/Rotary Encoder).

• Higher case to allow for cabling.

• Case needs to be 90 degrees from plate.

• Replace pilar for Raspberry Pi (use similar to Pixie, hole instead of pin).

• Review areas without material.

• Review legends, pair with printing resolution.

• Re-layout vents.

• Secure upper case with bolts instead of pressure strip.

Implement settings based configuration for full headless operation without LCD/Rotary Encoder

Implement full configuration thru a settings file for headless operation.

On continuous modes such as FT8, PSK31 or RTTY the final PA transistor blow up from a thermal runaway, a thermal sink is needed.

implement formal logging both at console and file using INFO,DEBUG,ERROR,CRITICAL levels
