The user is able to interact with a system of virtual highly-realistic and deformable human organs (lungs, bronchus, diaphragm) using the Geomagic Touch haptic device which is responsible for getting the force feedback during the interactions. The application is implemented in SOFA Framework and proposes an algorithmic structure for highly accurate and real-time deformations and interactions.
