beaconemitter's Issues

Auto broadcast/start

Thanks again for a great app!

I think the last requirement I'd really need from this is for it to auto start for me. I think this would consist of two parts:

  1. Start broadcasting when the app starts. This is probably the most important because although I'm sure mac has ways of starting arbitrary apps automatically, once this particular app opens it still needs manual intervention to start broadcasting.
  2. Run the app on boot/startup. It would still be handy though if there was an option in the app that you could enable that would take care of whatever setup necessary to have it start on its own.

Let me know if this all makes sense! Happy to split this into two separate issues if you think that would make more sense.

Compiled app

Would you be able to include the compiled binary?

TestFlight "not available in your country or region"

Trying to set this up on a new computer, but after I click on the app store link I get this error:

This app is currently not available in your country or region.

Maybe I'm not remembering how to open this in TestFlight?

Doesn't resume transmitting after waking from sleep

If I turn on the beacon, close my laptop lid, then after a short while open it again, the app doesn't start broadcasting again. I assume this is because the app isn't properly handling the computer waking after having gone to sleep.

I've tried a few different iBeacon apps and they all seem to suffer from this issue. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

dyld: Library not loaded, image not found error

Hi,

Just built application on Xcode 6 beta 2. It says "build successed" but can't get it work.

Always says 'bluetooth is currently powered off'

I'm unable to get BeaconEmitter to work... It always says bluetooth is currently powered off.

I've tried with Bluetooth on and off in system preferences. I can see other bluetooth devices near my mac in system preferences.

Any suggestions?
