Implement API tokens

It would be great to have an ability to authenticate with API tokens.
Right now it's impossible to use the app if 2 factor authentication is enabled.

If you enable two-step verification, scripts and services that currently authenticate with your Atlassian Cloud applications will need to use an API token. Read more about using API tokens.

BTW. Thanks for the great app!

Remove "Force HTTPS"

Hi,
Can I remove the force of HTTPS URL?
I have a hosted JIRA without HTTPS url.

I've cloned your repo with "git clone" and your https address but am lost with the next command. I typed docker into git-bash which doesn't work. I changed to jira-timesheet-pdf directory and it didn't work there either. Please advise.
