Hey, I'm not exactly a python-pro and I have difficulties to set up the exact code to convert my fasta-file to COG-ids.
Could you share a example code?

What would be the code to get one single COG-id from one single gene-abbreviation such as 'crp' (KEGG abbreviation for cAMP receptor protein) ?
