Feature 5: Basic GUI providing live/demo option and ability to add new user.

Feature 3: Lockout access to crucial files and folders for selected personnel

Improvement: Only perform recognition of the newly detected face.

Improvement: Try image augmentation to increase dataset size incase too low.

Improvement: Add max_age for holding tracked faces who are not redetected on multiple occasions.
