The datasets analyzed during the current study are available in the BGSC repository. The raw data files are in the folder rawdata including the Einzelanalyse_nonorm_nobkgd_SF767-1.txt.gz and ControlProbeProfile_SF767-1.txt.gz. The lists of genes predicted for all of the four classes can be found in the folder PredectionResult
