I moved the files as instructed, and nothing shows up, are there any pre-reqs?

When I try to register Owner and Nickname for the Pikmin tag, I consistently receive the "This is not an amiibo." error message. I'm not experiencing this elsewhere with other amiibo tags that I have tried so far.

I own a new Nintendo 3DS XL and the amiibos don’t appear to work. All my games come from the H shop. I don’t know whether this is an issue with the H shop games or with using the flipper with the 3DS. Is anyone able to help?

When scanning the Malzeno.nfc , Palamute Canyne Malzeno.nfc, and Palico Felyne Malzeno.nfc Amiibo, I am getting a generic error "This is not an amiibo." with error code 2115-0176 in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. Older amiibo are working fine for other games. I even tested amiibo from monster hunter stories and they scanned fine in sunbreak, it is just the three new ones that are not scanning.

I use git to manage my Flipper SD card so it would be super cool if I could add this as a submodule.

Right now, the directory structure would have to look like this:

But I'd want it to look like this:

When I try to use the Octoling Amiibo set on my switch, I get an error message saying "This is not an Amiibo", with no error code.

The IDs for the 2 new Tears of the Kingdom Amiibos don't match the IDs in AmiiboAPI. They seem to scan fine for now, but are probably not correct. A 00 in the second byte says it's a Link Amiibo.

Legend_of_Zelda/TOTK/Gerudo_King.nfc comes up as 01000000041a0902, but should be 01020100041a0902
Legend_of_Zelda/TOTK/Princess_Zelda.nfc comes up as 0100000004190902, but should be 0101000004190902

I tried just changing pages 21 and 22, but that seemed to mess up the scan. I'm just learning about the data format, so I'm guessing it messes up some kind of checksum.

Emulating any amiibo tag results in:
BOTW/Totk - Nothing happening
Mario Kart 8 - Either "Unable to read data. This item may not be an amiibo" or "Unable to read data from the amiibo" * Depending on what position I have the f0 in
System > amiibo > All options - "This is not an amiibo" * No matter what position I have it in to read the nfc

qFlipper does not allow viewing/listing the items with spaces now. Direct access to SD card is needed to load up these assets.

When i emulate some amiibos it dosent get detected my my switch. Im not sure what to do. pls help,.

The Amiibo-Generator is used to produce compatible bin files for use as amiibo. User just needs to supply their own keys. It generates the bins based on publicly available information such as amiibo IDs.

No need for you to upload the .NFC file every time a new amiibo is released.

The amiibo for the Wolf_Link_20_Heart does not work since the wolf link that appears in the game only has a base amount of 3 hearts. Similarly for Wolf_Link_Max_Level, the wolf link does not change in any way and still remains at 3 hearts.

When using Pikmin Amiibo, either in the "other" folder or the "pikmin" folder with my flipper on my switch it will say "this is not an Amiibo". It will also do this for the same files with "Qbby", any other Amiibo's work just fine.

Tried to emulate it and Switch did not recognize it as an Amiibo.

Hello, I am getting that the TOTK link amiibo is depreciated. Do you know how to fix this?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download Animal_Crossing
2. Attempt to upload to Flipper using QFlipper

I am not sure if this is an issue with the actual Amiibo or if it is due to the write issue mentioned in the other issue.

I have tested a number of them on two games that accept Amiibo (Diablo III: Eternal Collection, Fire Emblem Warriors). In Diablo, the message received for those Amiibos was "Unsupported amiibo was scanned". As for Fire Emblem, it would give the message "Valid amiibo not detected". I made sure that it wasn't due to the daily limit or having scanned it earlier because otherwise it would give a different message.

Amiibos that had an issue with them up until now:

• 21- Pikmin Amiibo/Pikmin
• 23- Kellogs Amiibo/Delicious Amiibo
• 24- Diablo Amiibo/Loot Goblin
• 28- Box boy Amiibo/Qbby

I will be testing them all to know which ones work and which don't but first I need to make sure this isn't related to the other issue so I don't end up wasting my time on them 😅

The amiibos themselves were the issue. I have downloaded a number of bin dumps I found online and used the converter for figures that weren't working here. Also removed all duplicates and renamed them based on an unofficial amiibo catalogue I found online which had all of them.

As of writing this edit, I have not yet tested the Animal crossing cards, but aside from that the missing ones I seem to have are 18

I can share the updated database once I finish testing everything. I know that the amiibos I have work for sure but I am not sure if the bin files that I am getting elsewhere match the file name or not, as I am testing them all in Fire Emblem and all amiibos give generic gifts.

I will keep the issue open in case you wanted to update the database or feel free to close it but I just wanted to bring your attention to it ^^

Having issues with select amiibo not working. The known ones I will list though I admit I don't regularly use them all, but I have registered them all in the amiibo collector app to ensure I don't put duplicates on when the files are updated. Zelda TOTK, Ganandorf TOTK. Those the flipper detects but they don't work. The SSB to list next don't work, and often the flipper says they are not NFC files too: Mythra, Pyra, Kazuya, Sephiroth, also Mario Power Band has these issues it's just not SSB.

Do you need Kazuya and Sephiroth and Pyra and Mythra amiibos?

I was trying to use the Zelda amiibo on Zelda BOTW on the Switch but it doesn't seem to detect them at all.

Try as I might, I simply cannot figure out how to send the entire uncompressed tree of files to my flipper.

qflipper only lets me upload individual files - selecting a directory and hitting Open merely causes the file browser to enter the directory, rather than select it for uploading. I can mount the sd card on my pc and copy the tree to the nfc directory on the card, but when I remount the card in the flipper and browse saved cards, nothing in this tree shows up.

What am I missing here? Do all of these dumps have to be in nfc/ itself, without subdirectories? Is there something I'm just not doing right?

I wanted to suggest amiibos for the game The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild to be added, these amiibos are a bit overpowered and will be very cool to have, one of my friends is begging me to get them lol

Some folder/file names include 'Amiibo' and others do not.

Is there a step I am missing here? When I tap the amiibo, it recognizes, but asks to "register owner and name", which fails

MH Rise Amiibos don't seem to be working.
Getting 2115 errors when attempting to read through game and "This is not an amiibo" error when checking through Switch amiibo check.

Was able to successfully scan following these steps:

Reset Magnamalo Amiibo via switch settings:
system > amiibo > reset amiibo > scan into MH

But outside of that, have been exclusively getting errors.

Thank you for this massive collection of nfc files.
When I connect Flipper via USB, the only way to copy files is using the FileManager provided by qFlipper (Firmware Update Tool).
It only allows to copy contents of directories, but not recursive. That means a lot of work, you have to recreate all the directories and then fill them with the nfc files.

Do I miss something? Is there a way to copy a directory incl. subfolders?
