Fig1 folder

Dear Authors,

In your code you mentioned Fig1 folder (os.chdir("./HCL/Fig1")) but I couldn't find it. Could you please let me know where is it exactly?
Also the h5ad files which can be download from your http://bis.zju.edu.cn/HCL/ website has different cell and gene numbers. Is this a new version?

Hello! Thank you for sharing your great work! I'd like to rerun the figures using Python and R. There's only one sentence that is the title in Readme file.
I wonder if it is possible to get more detailed instruction on Readme.

Uploaded BAM files have no headers

I am trying to use the raw BAM files that you have uploaded to the CNGB server from this paper. Specifically, the ones for human peripheral blood. However, the BAM files that are uploaded lack headers and therefore cannot be used for various tasks. Is there a quick fix you can provide me? Can you provide the raw FASTQ files so I can generate my own BAM files?
