• 🔭 I’m currently working on: statistical genetics/genomics/epigenomics applied to cancers, Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative diseases, and substance use disorders (opioid use disorder specifically)

• 🌱 I’m currently learning: a lot, including some basic bioinformatics, some basics about substance use disorders, and more data science skills
• 👯 I’m looking to collaborate on: some R/CRAN and R/Bioconductor packages, like
  • pathwayPCA: gene-set (pathway) based PCA
  • coMethDMR: regions of differential co-methylation
  • tidyREDCap (with @RaymondBalise): helper functions to deal with REDCap data
  • DOPE (with @labouz): the Drug Ontology Parsing Engine
  • CTNote: NIDA Clinical Trials Network Outcomes, Treatments, and Endpoints
• ⚡ Fun fact: I'm a vagrant--I live in Miami while claiming Texas and Wisconsin as "home". Also, I'm an ordained and active (eastern-rite) Catholic priest
