This template assumes BIDS information will be exported to /flywheel/v0/work/bids/. Expecting that this directory is writeable is not best practice for future gears compatible with singularity.

Once this change (that was already merged, see flywheel-io/core@a541e6c) becomes available in core, newly tagged as 10.0.0-dev.3, switch to using
bids_path = context.download_project_bids(sessions=[xxxxx], folders=['anat', 'func'])
to download BIDS data because it also grabs dataset_description.json and will only grab the scan types requested. This will be more efficient than bids.download(context).
