I have a server running with Debian 10 , a perl installed version :
This is perl 5, version 28, subversion 1 (v5.28.1) built for x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi
(with 65 registered patches, see perl -V for more detail)

when excuting hieranoid , it gives : BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at hieranoid.pl line 24.

Hi All,

I'm using hieranoid to identify the orthologs between 8 species and I would like to use outgroup species.
Is it possible to include more than one outgroup ?

Can I specify the outgroup species to be used ?

I enable the use of outgroup (in the configuration) but the output using it or not was the same, am I doing right ?

In my case I wish to include 3 outgroup species, o at least one more distant (Chlamydomonas), with this tree below:

Physcomitrella_patens, Ostreococcus_lucimarinus,Chlamydomonas_reinhardtii
