I am using the OpenCVForUnity.2.4.7 then the problem shows, is it the same as yours? or just the wrong version of my plugin?

In the RealTime FaceRecognition Example, it does not use multi-threading. If you have time, please update the RealTime FaceRecognition Example used by HoloLens, thank you.

it occurs when i try to switch the platform in the build settings and shows no error before then.

From the error details, it appears to be a bug in a previous version of the OpenCVForUnity example code.
To solve this problem, use the latest version of the assets (2.4.8 or later).
