Dear Eric Normandeau,

We would like to run the pipeline only with the R1 sequences (single end read), Is it possible? How? Thank you

We have installed the latest versions of Barque (v1.7.8) and parallel (20230722), yet Barque is unable to recognize the new parallel version.

$ ./barque 02_info.barque_config.sh
...

I'm not sure whether this is an issue with Barque itself. Do you have any advice on how to remedy this? Thanks!

Create a conda env recipe for all the needed dependencies.

Hi there:
I was trying to run the test samples but I have the following error: " BARQUE ERROR: flash is not installed". However, flash is installed already along with the rest of the dependencies.
What can I do to fix this error?
