- you can bring them into city-state territory, and go show more -> gift unit. I the past, the unit disappeared, but not anymore since an update, which is annoying.
- in the future, there will be mechanic for that, but not now unfortunately. I could make them be expended when creating improvements, but that would be 1 use and I'd have to code it for every single improvement.
- you, can't win a religious victory, but I'll take a look if the devs have added support for that. It's already quite a while ago that I made the the VictoryTypes.json.
