Recently,I use Brainprint to process my data.Some outputs of Brainprint have problems.There is no csv file in the eigenvectors folder.The result is that brainprint.csv and brainprint.asymmetry.csv are missing from the output.Please let me know how to resolve such issue?
ValueError：array must not contain infs or NaNs.

I had a question. The volume result in the brainprint.csv is different from the aseg.stats in output of Freesurfer.For example,in the aseg.stats the volume of 3rd-Ventricle is 1687.7 and in the brainprint.csv the volume of 3rd-Ventricle is 2870.5.So why are they different?Is this the function of brainprint?
