Mac Compatibility: Can we have the equivalent of the Windows Sleep function?

Currently, the Windows version of the tool makes use of the Windows API Sleep Function to avoid using too much CPU while operating. The Mac version of the code doesn't have anything like that for the moment and this must affect the performance negatively on Mac.

Since I don't have a Mac, I can't really test this, but if someone wants to make a pull request to try to add this feature for Mac, that would be really appreciated.

Based on this page, it might be possible using MacScript.
