I would like to ask if I can use your code in case I have only one effect and not multiple effects. Would it make sense to run an ANOVA on one grouping variable?

Hi there,

I'm a novice R user, trying to apply the clusterperm package to my pupillometry-while-listening data in order to find significant time bins based on a condition. I'm attempting to run the updated cluster_nhds function:
nhds_prec <- cluster_nhds(100, window1_LHD.gca, timebins,
aggbaseline ~ ExpCondition + Error(subject),
shuffle_each, ExpCondition, subject)

I am receiving this error: "Error in fn(.data = .data, ...) :
Pseudoreplications detected. If the pseudoreplication is due to other within-unit factors, you should nest these factors before using this function."

How would I go about nesting the data in the cluster function so that I don't receive this error?
