Hi there,

Currently, the cluster_nhds() function cannot handle nested data. This would be a good enhancement for the next update to the package.

However, there is a 'workaround' solution where you can write your own function to 'nest' the data, shuffle the labels, and then pass that function into cluster_nhds().

Please see my (in progress) online textbook for details.

Thanks for your comment!

Hello,

Thank you so much for your response! I was able to follow the instructions from the online textbook and am running the cluster functions on my own data.

After running the NHD, my results do not show a range of timebins from b0 to b1 like in the tutorial - instead it will list a single time bin that is non-significant (see attached picture). Would it be correct to interpret this output as none of the clusters are significant, based on the effects of Group and Group by ExpCondition?
