Rakefile should not try to install bundler

Same issue as CocoaPods/CLAide#30 but for this repo

Add a shared .travis.yml file to share across CP repos

We should have a .travis.yml file that is common across CP repositories, to share on which ruby versions we are testing CP basecode against, environment, travis fixes like this anoying UTF-8 issue, etc

Note: we may somehow need to find a way to allow some specific repos to have some specific travis configuration tweaks from the common config, quite like .rubocop.yml allows to do it using its inherit_from key

Missing a gemspec (for Rainforest)?

Either this repo is missing a proper .gemspec or it should not be in the GEM_REPOS array of Rainforest's Rakefile.

[Rubocop] Re-enable Metrics/AbcSize

These we're disabled in 51fe645 to ease upgrading to Rubocop 0.27.0 but we should look into fixing these issues and enabling this rule.
