And it is. The Wave Transform, for some reason, is increasing it's Z coordinate constantly.

The other half of problem is... even with the Z coordinate stuck in 0, the object still goes above the window. Hm... will solve this later.

I can make the waves vanish visually, but I can't make them appear below a window. -_-

I've figured the problem, more or less: the map, the windows... they are all UI. The waves AREN'T, so...
...so this does not make any sense, except as how messing up with the camera only influences the waves.
I'm tempted to solve this through a McGuyverism, but let's be calm and find a solution. Maybe if I create an empty UI object and spawn the waves inside it...

Even placing the waves inside the same canvas as the Commerce Window doesn't work. Maybe if I create a second canvas?

The good side is: I found a way to fix the problem through three different Canvas, existing simultaneously.
The bad side: I don't know exactly how this solution works.
The ugly side: This solution will end with me having to change the spawn positions of the waves, the Commerce Windows AND the Random Event Windows...
