On your Gmail Log article, I found a couple of errors in the code that you provided. Here they are:

1. The code from line 6-20 is only relevant for users using the Spark email flow that you do, and it throws errors otherwise. (to fix this, I just removed this code)

2. On line 4, you could tell users to rename their sheet to match "StarredCount", otherwise no sheet.appendRow throws an error.

This is likely the wrong place for this type of response, so please forgive me for that. With that said here is my comment: I really like your approach to health and well-being, and I share many of the strategies you outline for body/mind upkeep and maintenance. The only thing that I felt was worth commenting on was the showering/bathing thing.

I agree with almost all of your logic by not showering in the traditional sense (maintaining proper skin/hair hydration and oil balance, as well as the body's bacterial microbiome) and I also try to implement such a strategy in my own life. But that being the case, here is a tip from your local trustworthy gay dude whom happens to have a high degree of knowledge in such things (haha).

It is absolutely vital to keep one's junk as clean as possible, especially if you ever want anyone going down on you (which I think you likely do). Not saying sanitize and sterilize everything and scrub the skin raw in the shower, but some degree of cleanliness is of immense importance in that area of the male body. The types of bacteria that commonly grow in that region don't produce a normal male smell, which is not entirely a bad aroma. These bacteria and other junk-residing microscopic creatures instead produce a rank, stomach-churning funk reminiscent of cat-piss. And having had some experience with males unaware of that missing part of their hygiene routine, I can say without a doubt that unless that area is thoroughly cleaned at minimum once a week then it is going to be HUGELY unpleasant for anyone that may decide to do the aforementioned deed. That is not even mentioning that cleanliness down there is even MORE important for women and you don't wanna transfer your own body's nasties when doing the deed do ya? Women get all sorts of overgrowths and infections far easier than men do, so don't be a risk to your partner simply because you refuse to at least wash one small area of your body periodically.

BTW this is not a solicitation or me hitting on you or anything, although you are a good looking guy (that is just a sincere compliment nothing more). This is just a tip from someone in the know, and me wanting to share some gay wisdom so that you don't turn the stomachs of your future partner(s) in such scenarios. Also, make sure to trim down there because hair as you likely know, tends to be a perfect petri dish for some truly stanky microscopic critters.

Take care and props to a couple excellent TED talks and for some funny stand up comedy (watched a few videos obviously LOL).
