Currently runCoop interpreter lies near the Coop data type definition. It should go into a separate submodule. Moreover, dependency on the Control.Monad.Coop.Sync should go away, as Sync being an implementation detail of the particular interpreter.

RaceFence is, actually, a leaky abstraction, it is an implementation detail of a particular interpreter that has leacked out to the Coop itself.

The main reason this exists is that there is a need to insert particular actions in t m (rather than in m, which currently can be done inside an event) between racing action and its continuation, which cleans up the left racing stuff. I haven't came across an idea how to reimplement it, i.e. how to add an additional action in t m inside the event, or how else to pass those actions outside any Coop.
