Add some basic documentation around signing, building, running, and then installing for day-to-day use.

It would be great to include a pragma once entry to support that functionality. Beats the include dance :)

Given the new entries the following should be updated:

1. demo animation
2. keyboard shortcuts

This format should be supported too…

Snowonder had a nice button for enabling the plugin from its wrapper app. It would be nice to match this experience in Pragmatic's future UI.

Add swift-lint configuration with strict setup, address any reported problems.

Verify on Monterrey and Big Sur using Xcode 13. Resolve any warnings, deprecations, etc.

There's a fixed number of lines in the section header, would be nice to have 0, 1, 2 available.

Add option to respect the indenting of the selection for ignore commands or automatically indent it.

It would be nice to have the ability to auto-indent the selection within an ignore pragma block.

Add support for inserting a to-do entry; essentially a variant of the section header command.

Would be nice to select an #ifdef in a header, run the pragma once command, and have it all swapped out (selection deleted, new pragma added, last #endif removed)

It's more appropriate to use FIXME rather than TODO for the auto-inserted pragmas. TODO is for tasks and is tracked by #17.

It would be nice to have an app icon instead of the generic one.

Migrate build configuration settings to versioned files for each flavor. Expand any missing warnings/checks.
