I've been on the fence about this one for a while. The first implementation was 
a
screensaver, but it didn't feel right. I made an explicit determination to 
target the
tool to an always-on mode (which is ideal for a dedicated monitor, but not
necessarily a desktop). I would certainly like to have the ability to support 
both
though.

I'll think about this some more. Thanks for the suggestion.

You can always submit a patch if you really, really, really want it :)

Decided not to do this. Keeping the implementation as simple as possible for 
now.
