Patch For Configuration URL validations about bigvisiblecruise

Cool. Thank you. I'm not sure what happened there. Just opened it up for the 
first
time in a long time the other day and noticed the messed up validation.

I'll apply the patch in the next day or so.

This validation was really already there (it was in the converter, it just 
wasn't
being called).

I ended up removing all the validation. It was really excessive to have all 
that code
to validate a url anyway. If the url is entered incorrectly, it will just tell 
you on
the main page (the communication error).

The XmlStatusReport.aspx shouldn't be on the end of the string when you input 
it. You
just need to type the dashboard url.
