In Settings dialog make selected ListItem (for Appearance Style) slightly bigger when selected about bigvisiblecruise

I've worked a little more on this patch. 

It's simple and just changes SettingsWindow.xaml. 
I tidied up the spacings and also the words, for example 'URL' is made upper 
case,
"Visual Appearance" becomes "Visual Style", "Check  Status" becomes "Check 
Interval".
The color for "Every 30 seconds" label is highlighted blue (rather than the 
same grey
color as the other labels).
This patch is an addendum to the initial patch submitted (above). ie it includes
those changes as well as the new ones. 
Hence you could ignore previous patch and just use this one.
