Thank you for the report. Does it print any errors in the console log (can be accessed by pressing ~)?

As far as I know, 2.0.0.0 is not a correct version. You can find out mpv's version with the command line interface. Open a command prompt and type mpv --version.

I have edited the version number based on what was printed on my console, here's the full output:

Yes, it does print some errors in the console log, here are 2 images before and after pressing Ctr + e to add a new note. In case you ask, my ffmpeg path is: ffmpeg_path=C:/Users/'myusername'/Documents/ShareX/Tools/ffmpeg.exe

From the last line of the log I can tell that you're running the Linux version on Windows, and it fails because naturally there's no /tmp/ directory in Windows. Our Windows version can be found here.

Ah yes, it's working properly now.
After cloning I forgot to merge branch master into windows, which resulted in this embarrassing error. Thanks for the help.
