Hi!
Can I see how DRdist_d3 looks like? Do you have any error regards duplicate cells (cells with the same topic contributions) when running Rtsne, for example?

It looks fine to me (it looks like other DRdist objects that do not produce an error).
Re: duplicate cells: I do not get an error referring to duplicate cells with Rtsne. As far as i can tell, there are no duplicate cell names.
