LEDs' status unchanged!

Why do you think I take this error? Is it possible ot get helped?

Wifi Setup

I flashed .ino file using Arduino but it's not working as expected.
Program gets stuck in this loop and never comes out. I also checked my router settings but it seems to be okay (I am able to connect using my laptop). Any idea what could be the problem?
