archi da aggiungere tra i nanomateriali
Lo spessore degli archi dovrebbe essere proporzionale al peso che hanno. Inoltre, quelli positivi dovrebbero essere rossi, mentre quelli negativi verdi.

Bug e Modifiche
- Andare all'università il 7 gennaio
- I nodi e gli archi a volte restano appesi.
- I nodi interni a drug, chemical e disease dovrebbero restare marcati quando ci passi il mouse e ci clicchi sopra, invece i tre nodi esterni devono mantenere la grandezza in base al degree
- il degree deve essere normalizzato in relazione al numero di oggetti per categoria
- Per i tre nodi, invece di scrivere Chem/Phar/DiseOf nano.. scriveteci Chemical, Drug e Disease col numero di oggetti (tipo 6 Drugs)
Bug reports
- Mancano colori e spessore sugli archi interni.
- Il grafo non si aggiorna quando cambio gli slider
Modifiche
Quando clicco sul nanomateriale, vorrei sapere i tre pallini a quali oggetti si riferiscono (drug, chemical o disease) e potresti mettere la grandezza dei tre nodi pari al suo degree, cosi uno si fa un'idea di ogni nanomateriale a che categoria di oggetti è maggiormente collegata, magari normalizzando in base al numero di item in ogni categoria. Poi quando passo il mouse sui nodi più interni, non vedo le labels come per i nanomateriali. In più vorrei aggiungere le connessioni tra i nanomateriali, in modo che il grafo iniziale non siano solo i 29 pallini scollegati tra di loro.
