Add manual mode

Because people DDoS powerball.com and then this is actually useless. What is a CDN anyway?

Did not return expected numbers

I followed the instructions as listed in Usage, but the numbers returned did not match any of the numbers on my tickets. Please fix.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Run node index.js tickets.csv
  2. View tickets.csv
  3. Compare to physical ticket
  4. 😢 😭 😢 😭
