Allow you to update commands/channels and such for channels users moderate, but not be able to delete setups

Add a skip command that sends the requesting users username as GUID.

Reply with an appropriate response if the channel is not in strict skip mode.

Have a website for logging in as a user to a channel, instead of typing it in chat.

Flow suggestion:

1. User sends whisper to bot
2. Bot sends one-time-link to user
3. User inputs twitch username, zoff channel, userpassword and adminpassword
4. User submits

To have the bot leave a channel, one can still send !leave

To change a password, one can send !change, and a new one-time-link for changing the parameters will be sent to the user.
