Znuny-MarkTicketSeenUnseen

With this extension you will be able to mark whole tickets as seen or unseen and articles as unseen again. It's possible to mark single tickets or multiple tickets via the bulk action.

Prerequisites

• Znuny 7.0

Installation

Use the online repository Znuny Open Source Add-ons from the package manager to install the add-on. From the command line use this command: bin/znuny.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install https://addons.znuny.com/public/:Znuny-MarkTicketSeenUnseen

Port to OTRS 4 Framework

Workaround

Anmerkungen für Kunden, die auf OTRS 5.0.19 aktualisieren und Znuny4OTRS-MarkSeenUnseen im Einsatz haben:

• SysConfig der AgentTicketZoom Registrierung suchen
  -den Eintrag von MarkSeenUnseen.js kopieren
• SysConfig zurücksetzen
• Eintrag wieder hinzufügen und speichern

OTRS kann nicht damit umgehen, wenn ein bereits geänderter Eintrag von OTRS selbst angepasst wird und behält dann den alten (< 5.0.19) stand und bekommt einen Fehler, weil die >=5.0.19 Registrierungen fehlen.

Version 6.0.2 - Comment shown in LoginBox on Agent Login page

There is a comment shown if Znuny4OTRS-MarkTicketSeenUnseen v 6.0.2 is installed above the agent login (/otrs/index.pl) "Dialog, der angezeigt wird, nachdem ein Ticket als gelesen markiert wurde." (German) which should not be there.

Problem when Merged Ticket gets an Follow Up

After two tickets are merged, and you try to mark an article as unseen which was added after the merge you get an error message:

'Can't find Article XXXX of ticket with id XXX'

I think we need to implement a check for merged tickets. Doh!

Not compatible with 6.1.X?

Expected behavior

Package supported with OTRS 6.1.X

Actual behavior

When trying to setup the requiored repo, an error will be thrown:

Message: Sorry, can't install/upgrade package, because the framework version required by the package (6.0.x;) does not match your Framework (6.1.2)!

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup a Znuny 6.1.2 instance
2. Try to setup the "Znuny4OTRS-Repo" according to the installation instructions
3. See error attached below
