Hey, Thanks for the plugin

So, when a show doesn't have a schedule (like all Netflix and Amazon shows), the bot errors out when using --details view. Example: !tv Stranger things

If you need a log let me know but you should be able to reproduce easily.

Error: TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not subscriptable

Occurs on shows with no episodes yet, like http://www.tvmaze.com/shows/2781/twin-peaks

(I have converted to python3 with the 2to3 tool)

If the show have no previous episodes the 'tv' command throws this error:
Error: KeyError: 'previousepisode'

Experienced this with the show Con Man.
