On lines 10, 13, and 17 of the pseudocode for Generalized EM for LapPLSI pseudocode, we need to test values of the expected complete data log-likelihood (Q-function). However, in the LapPLSI.m file, the Q-function is never computed. Can someone explain why it isn't necessary to compute the Q-function to test the conditions in the aforementioned lines?

Hi there,
I am currently analyzing ConstructW.m.

From your paper you specify that:

In this fashion, the output matrix should have number of Samples * k values set to 1.

However upon running constructW.m with the following parameters:
WOptions = {
'NeighborMode' : 'KNN',
'k' : 2,
'WeightMode' : 'Binary',
't' : 1
}

Instead of receiving 20 values set to 1, I recieve 26 values set to 1?

Any ideas on this discrepancy?
