Instant drawing fails over the Internet.

Need to modify the network framework.

Unsolved bug

Description:

1. move mouse to radiusText, click.
2. move mouse back to the top left of PaintPanel.
3. set radius to 349 or whatever a large number by pressing Enter
4. the PenPoint disappeared.
5. set radius to 3, PenPoint reappeared.
6. increase by 10 the radius gradually until 349, appear normally.set to 3, set to 349 again, disappeared.
   7, When the PenPoint disappeared, mouseMoved function is not useful. drawing performs well. move the mouse back to the center part, reappear, exit and enter again, reappear. Move along the side, no change.

Pen Point Behaves Unexpected.

Need to fix the pen point behavior when a single click is given.
Should be a oval of the same size as the pen point instead of a ring.
