TheFoodDilemma

This repository brings together the code produced as part of a miniproject for a Performance Evaluation course at EPFL.

The project aims to respond to the following two issues:

How does the carbon footprint emitted by our food vary according to our nutrition choices?

How do global carbon emissions vary if an entire community begins to change its eating habits?

Please run TheFoodDilemma_Main.m file in order to obtain all our results.

Warning : It is not recommended to perform all functions at once because of the long execution time. Rather, please comment the non-essential functions depending on the results you wish to view. Find above each function what it generates.

You also find our final presentation and all the sources we used for this miniproject as pdf.
