Node version mismatch

Error: The module '/Users/hamachan/test-nslookup/node_modules/check-email-exists/native/index.node' was compiled against a different Node.js version using NODE_MODULE_VERSION 72. This version of Node.js requires NODE_MODULE_VERSION 79. Please try re-compiling or re-installing

Hope you guys officially support node 13 soon.

Support for Examples

Hi,

Can you please add one example to show how to use this? I have tried following the steps mentioned in Usage section in README but unable to get it working.

Invalid ELF Header

just ran the npm install and it fails with invalid elf header while running the example.
