  • ll lists with long format and human-readable sizes (applies to all aliases below).
  • l lists all files.
  • lm lists all files using pager.
  • lr lists recursively (as a tree with lsd).
  • lx lists sorted by extension (GNU or lsd only).
  • lk lists sorted by largest file size last.
  • lt lists sorted by newest modification time last.
  • lc lists sorted by newest status change (ctime) last (not with lsd).

utility's Issues

NO_COLOR being applied to visual studio code when started from the dock

  • I've checked the existing issues and I'm not duplicating a report.
  • I'm using the latest version of zimfw.
  • I've checked the Changelog and I'm not being affected by documented changes.
  • I've checked the ๐Ÿ“ข Announcements and I'm not being affected by announced changes.
  • I was able to reproduce the issue with a clean installation of Zim.
  • I've pasted the output of zimfw info below.

Describe the bug
NO_COLOR being set in unintended case.

Steps to reproduce
The fist 4 steps restart the shell with a clean installation of Zim in a temporary directory.
Use exec zsh when restarting the terminal or restarting the shell is needed.

  1. Start Visual Studio code from the Dock
  2. echo $NO_COLOR yields 1

Uncommenting the following line yields empty on the last step:

export NO_COLOR=1

Current behavior
Opening Visual Studio Code from the Dock results in NO_COLOR being set, which is inherited by the built in terminal.

Expected behavior
Opening applications from the Dock should not yield a NO_COLOR context unintentionally.

Use eza/exa, if available

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

While this project supports lsd, many people use eza.

Describe the solution you'd like

Define the same aliases for eza as you do for lsd

Describe alternatives you've considered

Doing it myself, but having this in a plugin that I already source would be better

Additional context

No response

Illumos/Solaris grep does not support color=auto
