This is an implementation of the color normalization for histological images based on the adaptive color deconvolution as described in our paper:

Requirements

• TensorFlow (1.3 or later)
• python 3.6
• numpy 1.14.0
• opencv-python 3.4.1

Get separated H and E channels

I'd like to get the separated H&E bands obtained by your method. Which is the correct way to do that using your code?

Excuse me, could you provide dataset for each WSI (20 sub samples 2048 * 2048) used for calculating (NMI SD) and (NMI CV)？
