odbc_fdw's Issues

server crash on query

Hi,

Setup: OS X 10.6.8; ODBC database is 4th Dimension (4D) 12.3.

I setup a simple example with 1 field based on the example found in the readme file. I have verified the connection works using a different application. When I try to run a simple select query, postgres crashes (log below). I have also included a crash backtrace. 4D is not a 64 bit application. Could this be the problem?

LOG: server process (PID 19335) was terminated by signal 11: Segmentation fault
LOG: terminating any other active server processes
WARNING: terminating connection because of crash of another server process
DETAIL: The postmaster has commanded this server process to roll back the current transaction and exit, because another server process exited abnormally and possibly corrupted shared memory.
HINT: In a moment you should be able to reconnect to the database and repeat your command.
LOG: all server processes terminated; reinitializing

Does not build against pgsql 9.5

Missing symbols, changed call signatures, etc. Easily reproducible. If you do not plan to maintain this code, please at least qualify by stating exactly what it will build against and on what platform? Thanks.
