Use different way of declaring requirements

pip fails to take all requirements into account properly, so we need to use a different form to install everything

zfit.constant in tf2

For this line in the first tutorial,

points = [-1, 0, 1]
# probs = gauss.pdf(points)
probs = gauss.pdf(zfit.constant(consts))
print(zfit.run(probs))

I got this error:

AttributeError: module 'zfit' has no attribute 'constant'

If I use the commented line to calculate probs, there is no error. I am using tensorflow 2.0. Is this a BUG?
