Sorry to write here, but you have no support in your project at all, that's strange for such long lived project with so many active users.

Let me describe my issue.

More than a month ago, stake ETH and got some questlines, where get guild.xys role "shrimp" but can't join into discord due continiously receiving error. I have some screens with errors, as far as I understand, shrimp+ role is airdrop criteria, and looks kike due discrod verification errors I can't claim role in discord.

Please help me, becase you last tweet and discord announce making me confused about you rewarding and matching of claim criteria. Please send me contact info, where we can discuss this problem in proper way.
