Console Service

Add following features to the Console service:

1. coloured output
2. dump feature (from objet to yaml/json)
3. levelled output
4. support for logging (taking optional logging as input)

Arguments in command array

test array inputs and update documentation.

Supported data:

• list
• array
• collections

How to:

1. create a unit test to prove serialization of data (from YAML to data and vice-versa)
2. test the yaml command input
3. update the documentation accordingly with results
