设置不了，把设置里的都选上点应用不生效，所以无法保存设置，已清理缓存和重装应用，无效。应用很不错，希望改进。

Can't set preferences, choose all the settings but it didn't work, so it cannot save the preferences, already cleaned the data from the app and reinstall the app, not working, too. Very excellent app, hope to fix these bugs.

Can't Change The Dark Mode & H-M-S & 24h Mode With No Touch-Bar
Click the time can't work

It'll cost excessive CPU(more than 70% in my activity monitor) when it run, can we make it higher efficient?

能不能加个闹钟功能啊，就是设定几点几分响一下，其实参照手机上时钟的功能设计就行了。

Describe the bug
The timer goes slow.

To Reproduce
1、Set a time, and start the timer. (I set 3 hours and 34 minues.)
2、Go to work for a few moment.
3、back to the timer and see.
