There is one more issue to solve - what to do with &EC::new()?
We can find this call many times in the code. It is used to load precomputed tables which is something done in other curves as well but its not carried around in every function like in libsecp256k1.
Problem is that it is not part of the current secp256_k1.rs . We need to add it in some way and the only logical place is CurveConstCodec which I just suggest to remove. The second problem is how to abstract it.
