Icons not centered in FAB? about android-floating-action-button

Hmm, might be a good idea to switch to this attribute, or do not allow setting it for FAB to prevent confusion.

@r2DoesInc, @NikolaDespotoski can you confirm it was the issue mentioned by @www40 ?

Can you publish the misbehaving icon somewhere and add link to this issue?

I'm using icons from http://materialdesignicons.com/

The lock icon is one specific one I have issues with.

Weird, here's what I got:

Looks OK. I also tried the octagon-alert icon seen on your screenshot and it also works fine. Please post the exact drawables you're using.

I have the same issue. I've tried setting gravity to "center" but no luck.

I'm using drawables from this pluggin https://github.com/intrications/material-design-icons-adt-template

I had the same issue, i was using 'android:src' and not 'fab:fab_icon'

Yes, I was using

android:src="@drawable/blabla"

. Switched to fab_icon, now is ok.

What about when the image is set programmatically? I only see a "setImageDrawable" method available, and it produces the same slightly offset image.

My issue is unrelated to the ab:fab_icon resolution. I set my drawable in code and do not see an FAB specific methods to do so.

In 1.2.0 I have added the setIcon setter. Have you tried using it?

That should do it, I just needed to update the lib.

Hi I am setting fab icon as app:fab_icon="@drawable/ic_content_new" . The icon shows on the Android Studio preview but not on real device . Please help out
