With the latest commit 6895ea1 I still have errors when loading a ZIP archive of a Sword module.

Add filter support for Strong's numbers

• Cross References (on/off)
• Words of Christ in Red (on/off)
• Headings (on/off)

implement support for commentary modules

Currently swordjs on FxOS will download all individual *.conf files to show all available modules. This opens a lot http connections. You can pass a custom url to let your own server do this, but it would be better to download the mods.d.tar.gz file and uncompress it on the device.

We need a simple untar lib that works in the browser to process the module files locally.

Currently only KJV and German are implemented. Add the other sword v11n like:

• KJVA
• NRSV
• NRSVA
• ...

I'm considering building a static bible study web app based on Angular 2 that uses swordjs. It would be heavily inspired by http://biblewebapp.com/study/ except it would be designed to be offline first.

Do you think I should go with swordjs? Or would you recommend another tool? I saw that you didn't have much luck with emscripten. Do you know if it might be worth my while trying that again? Or would it be better to use this tool here?

This is feature should be implemented in a web worker.

swordjs supports OSIS and plaintext currently. We need filters for:

• TEI
• GBF
• ThML

I don't get it. Why you just explain to the user where to download r.js (and not very well), when we can just include the tool in the build (it is so small, that its size shouldn't be relevant).

Reading the raw entry of a passage and the rendering of the HTML should be done in a worker.
