Add option to render days from the previous and next month

For example:

December 2020

Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat
29 30 1 2 3 4 5
6 7 8 9 10 11 12
13 14 15 16 17 18 19
20 21 22 23 24 25 26
27 28 29 30 31 1 2

The 29 and 30 at the beginning would be from November 2020, while the 1 and 2 would be from January 2021. Useful for some designs.

Adjust PHP version requirement to >= 7.3.*

Just found this library while working on a website that needs to display a calendar; your solution is nearly perfect for me needs, thanks much!

One minor issues is that your PHP version is set to 7.3., instead of >= 7.3., which makes it difficult to install on newer versions of PHP. I'm currently running it in 7.4.* and it's working fine, so I think it was probably just an error when setting up the package data. I'll submit a quick merge request to fix this issue.
